The QSE department manages the Quality, Safety and Environment oriented towards the compliance of regulations as well as the achievement of objectives set by Top Management, and the satisfaction of our clients.

The department teams drive continuous improvement internally, by managing anomalies detected in production, carrying out audits and deploying analysis tools.

As part of the after-sales service, the QSE department responds to customers, manages complaints and requests for expertise after use of a product, assisted by the Laboratory.

The QSE also monitors suppliers on compliance aspects and carries out checks upon receipt of purchased products. Metrology (under the direction of the QSE department) is responsible for creating reference models and managing measuring devices.
