Admin
The Admin hub combines the Accounting and Human Resources departments. It is one of the operational drivers of the company.
The Accounting department manages the company’s finances by monitoring the cash flow as well as collecting and inputting the accounting data. The department is also in charge of settling invoices and producing mandatory accounting documents.
At ADR the Human Resources department is in charge of recruiting staff, supporting employees in their professional project, organizing training for staff, managing annual leaves and absences and finally establishing the pay slips.
