The department leads and participates in improvement projects as well as new works on the basis of the list of authorized investments in accordance with the company’s strategic plan.

As part of the quality of life at work, the team maintains the site within the aesthetic standards of the ALCEN group and in line with a high-tech activity.

In addition, maintenance is present in an approach to respect the safety of people and structures, the proper functioning of installations, therefore periodic regulatory checks are carried out and supervised for our teams.
